T3 Expo is one of the nation's largest general contractors for events and trade shows. Since its start, the company has made a name for itself as one of the leading innovators in the industry, creating a suite of services that significantly reduces the time and resources needed to manage event setup and teardown. In an industry known for unfair pricing and subpar services, T3 wanted to take a customer-first approach to its business.
They came to us in order to redesign their corporate site to reflect that mission. The goal was simple: design a site that would speak to the interests and needs of its three main customer groups, all while bolstering the T3 brand.
As the lead copywriter on this project, I was in charge of working with the user experience team to determine the content strategy and information architecture for the new site. We worked together to establish content needs and opportunities on each page, ultimately mapping specific content pieces to the various user flows across the site. Once the wireframes were approved, I then went through and wrote the copy for each section of the new site.
